How to Make Vegan Mushroom Walnut Burger
The process of making these burgers is like many other vegan burger recipes which involve shoving a bunch of ingredients into a food processor. The difference being I decided to sauté the mushrooms with some onion, garlic and Miso first to really bring out the flavors. Simply add this flavorful mixture into the dry walnut mixture and form into patties. Bake these in the oven and serve with burger buns or sweet potato buns.
